Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This website works without cookies, without tracking and without analytics services. We only collect the data that is technically required to run the site, or that you send us yourself by email. Below we explain what that data is.
1. Controller
Northstorm GamesOwner: Alexander Adler

Email: kontakt@northstormgames.de
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes the following data in so-called log files:
- IP address of the requesting device (shortened or deleted after a short time)
- date and time of the request
- page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- browser type, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer)
This data is needed to deliver the website and serves the security and stability of the server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. STRATO deletes the log files according to its retention periods.
3. Fonts (Bunny Fonts)
For a consistent appearance, the website uses fonts from Bunny Fonts, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia (EU). When the fonts are loaded, your browser connects to the Bunny Fonts servers and your IP address is transmitted. According to its own statements, Bunny Fonts does not store any personal data and does not set cookies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, fast presentation). More information: fonts.bunny.net/about.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us by email, we store your message together with your sender address in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests). We delete the data once your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Applications sent to jobs@northstormgames.de are deleted no later than six months after the process has been completed, unless you consent to longer storage.
5. Cookies, tracking, social media
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services and does not embed content from social networks. Links to external websites take you to the pages of the respective providers, where their privacy policies apply.
6. Privacy in the game Regnoria Kingdom
Regnoria Kingdom does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties. The game contains no ads, no analytics or tracking services and no user accounts.
Save data
Your realm, settings, statistics and achievements are stored only locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game. “Back up realm” creates a text that only you pass on.
Wars with friends on your local network
When you join a server on your Wi‑Fi (for example a friend's PC), the game sends to that server your chosen player name, a random device identifier (so you get your slot back after a disconnect), your realm (blueprints), your rating, your preferred lane and your game commands. The server runs at your friends' place, not at ours; the data never leaves your local network. To be found, a server broadcasts a short announcement (name, port) on the local network. There is no server on the internet.
Purchases
Optional cosmetic purchases (if offered) are handled by Google Play. Google's privacy policy applies; the game only learns which items were bought.
Permissions
The “vibration” permission is used for short haptic cues and can be turned off in the settings. The network permissions (internet, network and Wi‑Fi state, Wi‑Fi multicast) are used exclusively for wars with friends on the local network.
7. Your rights
With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) and erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany. For all privacy matters, write to us at kontakt@northstormgames.de.
8. Changes
We will update this privacy policy when the website, the game or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
